Installation Guarantee:

MultiFamily Solutions flooring installations are guaranteed to be free from installation defect for a period of one year for our National and Regional agreements.

Scheduling:

Next Day Installations, Saturday Installations, Same Day Emergency Service and post installation clean-up and vacuuming will be provided as required by each individual market.

MultiFamily Solutions will provide all construction and performance specifications for product selection purposes. Our unique and exclusive product programs will provide the best product for every property, every time. It is our goal to extend the life and performance of the flooring products that are installed in your properties by selecting the performance characteristics that meet the needs of every property.

Product Integrity:

Interior products from the specification are sometimes installed, and even industry experts find it hard to tell the difference — until the substandard product stops performing long before it should. You pay twice: you pay more than you should for what you get in the first place, then you pay again when you have to replace the floor much too early.

Yardage Integrity:

MultiFamily Solutions guarantees that each unit will receive the minimum amount of product yardage to complete the installation in a satisfactory manner.  We will always consider seam placement as an important element of our estimating formula; our Members will always provide the best possible seam placement in every unit.  MultiFamily Solutions Members guarantee proper seam placement and will provide the minimun yardage required to complete the installation using the most effective measurement techniques and toolls available to the industry today.

Replacement Policy:

MultiFamily Solutions will work closely with each property manager or maintance supervisor in an effort to "save" any flooring that may not need to be replaced within each unit.  At the property manager's discretion, MultiFamily Solutions will provide partial flooring replacements for any unit.
